All about social and sharing hour

If you been around for a minute or two, you may remember our old format: writing prompt, goal check-in, open discussion. We're sort of embracing that and sort of morphing as we round the corner into our second year of club existence.

Social hour is dedicated to settling and checking in

This first hour, from 5:30-6:30, is yours to do with whatever you'd like! The front section is designated to snacks, drinks, and catching up with your fellow Scribblers, whereas the main gallery portion is perfect if you'd like to settle in with some writing.

We’ll provide writing prompts, but of course you're welcome to work on something of yours, if that's a better fit for you that week. Bringing headphones is a great idea!

Please note you may show up at any point during social hour, providing a timing buffer for all of us.

Sharing hour is dedicated to hyping each other up

When you check in with me at the door, you'll have the chance to sign up to share progress for celebration or work for appreciation, all good vibes with a five minute limit. If we have time, we'll split into small groups for discussing whatever needs to be shared.

It's really that simple

We'll still meet at the Denver Woman's Press Club on the first Wednesday of the month, and I'll still ask that you RSVP by the Sunday prior to the meeting.

Every month has its own theme, so make sure to check out the meeting page for all the details you'll need!
